ELEVATE AFRICA CONFERENCE

The Elevate Africa Conference, held at the CCI's new state-or-the-art, sustainable Contact Centre in Tatu City, Kenya, marked a milestone for Kenya's BPO sector.

Tatu City, Kenya, 10 May 2024 – One month ago today, attendees gathered for the Elevate Africa Conference at the newly inaugurated state-of-the-art, sustainable contact Centre at Tatu City, Kenya.

This three-day event signifies a turning point for Kenya’s BPO sector, laying the groundwork for Kenya’s potential.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our 200+ distinguished guested and clients for their participation in the Elevate Africa Conference and Nairobi’s Biggest party that featured top music artists from Africa, with over 15,000+ attendees.

  1. Inaugurated our 17th operational site in the esteemed presence of H.E The President of Kenya, Dr. William S. Ruto.
  2. Generated 5000+ employment opportunities at our new site.
  3. CCI CEO Martin Roe unveiled plans to establish a second site in Tatu City!
