Addis Ababa, Ethiopia | January 23, 2026: As global demand for outsourcing and digital services continues to accelerate, East Africa is gaining recognition as a competitive and investment-ready service delivery hub. Elevate Africa 2026, taking place March 3–5, 2026 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, will bring together senior leaders from the global BPO, technology, investment, and public sectors to explore growth opportunities and define the region’s role in the future of work.
Hosted in one of Africa’s fastest-growing digital economies and its diplomatic capital, the second edition of Elevate Africa positions East Africa as a scalable destination for global service delivery, innovation, and impact-driven growth. Over three days, C-suite executives, multinational buyers, investors, policymakers, and outsourcing leaders will engage through high-level keynotes, executive panels and curated roundtables all designed to drive deal-making, partnerships, and policy alignment.
