Africa’s Outsourcing Boom : Young Talent Fuels Industry Growth

Africa is forecast to create 1.5 million new BPO jobs over the next six years, with South Africa, Kenya, and Egypt poised to benefit

Africa’s BPO Sector is on a rapid growth trajectory, set to more than double its workforce by 2030 with projections of creating 1.5 million new jobs. Fueled by cost advantages – up to 80% lower than Western markets – and supportive government policies, Africa attracts global demand for outsourced customer service.
