CCI Cape Town, Winner in Three Categories

Cape Town, South Africa – October 28, 2023 – CCI recently achieved remarkable recognition at the prestigious Cape BPO Awards!

What sets this accomplishment apart is that CCI emerged with the highest number of shortlisted candidates out of a total of 19 official award categories. CCI South Africa displayed its expertise by securing an impressive 9 finalists across 8 diverse award categories and ultimately winning 3 top tier categories. CCI proudly secured two individual awards, the Top BPO Workforce Planning Professional & Top BPO Collections Professional.

In addition to these individual awards, CCI was honoured with a distinguished company award for Top Offshore Campaign.
